Dark Lords working notebook

[page number, circled: [uncertain: 46?]] conquest of the Jedi and the subsuming of that bloodline to the dark side. "There will be no more Skywalkers. There will be no more Jedi." [margin: There will only be the Empire...and the Emperor.] [In Star Wars: Dark Empire, in a confrontation with Leia, the Emperor told Leia that his spirit could enter her child, if he wanted to. "Yes, little Jedi...your next child belongs to me!"] * So Emperor Palpatine initiates a concerted hunt for Leia and her children. He orders his Galaxy Gun to hold its fire while the search goes on...but the gunner team is to continue to compile coordinates of all Rebel bases for a massive blitzkrieg of destruction when the hunt concludes. [margin: The malfunction means the G-gun needs tuning. Maybe one missile missed [uncertain: Noycus?] VIII and hit his star destroyers.] As Palpatine’s spies and probe droids fan out across the Galaxy, Palpatine prepares to journey forth in his great starship Eclipse. [margin, boxed: Luke + his Jedi, meanwhile, are hunting down the Darkside Jedi... they [uncertain: must?] battle them on Ossus, + rescue the Ysanna Chiefs.] * Something alerts Luke and Leia to the Emperor’s plan. For instance, the Dark Jedi are caught bringing back the Ysanna chiefs in carbonite. Or, a Hutt ganglord who has been betrayed by the Empire sells information to the Rebels. Or, a skirmish on Ossus (or Onderon) ends in the capture of an Imperial Commander who is resentful of the Empire for failing to keep his men supplied with food and ammo. (incompetence of the Empire) [margin: he's captured because he ran out of ammo. (is he also a spice addict?) Does he willingly betray the Emperor? (his men are starving, get pounded by the Rebs) Is he stationed on Ossus? the Dark Jedi push him around?] [peripheral text on facing page, cropped: [illegible] FLEET [illegible]?
