Kam finds himself "behaving like people I loathe" -- Would he feel guilt + then turn it off -- He wakes up one night: I belong to evil. What if not ruins yet -- What if a primitive Mayan-style society in full flower -- ? [inserted: we have Luke rooting around in ruins in DE II] Can be a society that has regressed -- maintains the temples without knowing their purpose. What if the Temples are technological -- like "Force-Focusers"? <you know -- pyramid power> [margin: given to the Dark Side they self-destructed.] [margin: Similar to my Superman plot -- use it.] e.g. another Jedi was here before -- he disappeared. Kam finds his remains.
